What is the difference between New and Pre-owned listings?
New records are factory-sealed and unplayed. Pre-owned records are professionally cleaned and graded using the Goldmine Standard, with specific details about sleeve and media condition in the product description.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Domestic shipping usually takes 3-7 business days, while international shipping can take 10-21 business days depending on the destination.
